  1. How long have you been in business / and in this location?
    -    Tilton just took over the building a few years ago.

  2. How many employees?
    -    The village provides janitorial service with the rental, which covers bathroom type supplies, trash collection, water and power, parking, etc.

  3. Although it may be obvious, what is your business?
    -    Publicly available meeting and event center. With kitchen facilities available.

  4. What do you want people to know about this place?
    -    The Community Center is available for various sorts of functions on a 'first come, first served' basis. It is also used for local elections when it becomes our Polling Place.
    -    NOTE: weekends are booked MONTHS in advance. On the day of the interview, the first available weekend date was in May, three months ahead.

  5. What is the main advantage you see for being located here?
    -    Easy to find, just west of the United Church on Catlin-Tilton Road / West Fifth Street.

  6. Any plans to expand?
    -    Not at present.

  7. Anything else you'd like to be on the website about your business.
    -    The rental rates:
            Basic Rate: $15 per hour.
            Janitorial fee for all rentals is $20.
            $50 damage deposit, is refundable after event.

            Wedding Rate: $200, covers Friday and Saturday.
            $100 deposit.

        Other arrangements may be possible, call for information.
