OK, we'll save you the trouble of asking. It is a Juicer. They are now serving Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice.
You can even watch it run if you want to. The orange goes in the top and... ... well, you'll see when you go.

1. How long have you been in business / and in this location?
   -    "Since Yesterday!"
2. How many employees?
   -    Four or Five. He will be hiring another waitress soon!
3. Although it may be obvious, what is your business?
   -    Breakfast and Lunch.
4. What do you want people to know about this place?
   -    Now Open! Seven days a week, 6 AM to 3 PM.
5. What is the main advantage you see for being located here?
   -    People from Catlin and Westville as well as Tilton. A lot of morning traffic.
6. Any plans to expand?
   -    Just opened, but they may be adding supper on weekends soon. As Always, Tilton Progress will check back and post any updates to their hours.
7. Anything else you'd like to be on the website about your business.
   -    Warm and Nice, good food, Rosario is reported as "the best cook ever!".
   -    On a related note, the Desk's breakfast, one of their 'skillets', and its cohort's omelet with a side of biscuits and gravy, were very good at a reasonable price, and the coffee was excellent, as was the service.
