1. How long have you been in business / and in this location?
   -    Mr. Martin Lipa, the owner, has been in business with Country Carpentry and the auction business since about 1980.
2. How many employees?
   -    Two full time in the complex itself. See photo below for their working relationship.
3. Although it may be obvious, what is your business?
   -    There is flagship Priority 1 Real Estate and Auctions, there is also Country Carpentry, and, of course, Priority One Pawn, and the used auto dealership, and storage units. All on the same property, and Ms. Starkey knows all about all of them.
4. What do you want people to know about this place?
   -    "We have so much to offer."
5. What is the main advantage you see for being located here?
   -    Easy access, good frontage on Rt 1 for exposure, lots of casual traffic.
6. Any plans to expand?
   -    The Auction is different every week, and the merchandise in the Pawn Shop is different all the time as well. -    "We're always adding something new."
   
7. Anything else you'd like to be on the website about your business.
   -    There are two rental units available for outsides businesses to rent, as the "Vape shop" does now (it is not otherwise affiliated with the Priority One group).
   -    One of the units has a nice kitchen in it and would be suitable for a small diner or carry out restaurant. The other is just retail or office space.

Hours:
All businesses are open 9AM - 5PM (Central Time) Monday thru Friday.
The Auction begins Friday at 5:30PM, with the building open at 10AM for inspection of the items to be sold.
The Pawn Shop is also open 9AM - Noon on Saturday.
